By registering with SportNexus, all users agree to abide by our rules and policies set forth for a safe and enjoyable sports environment. These terms are binding upon registration and must be followed at all times to retain active membership. Violating the terms may lead to suspension or permanent ban from using SportNexus facilities and services.
Members must maintain respectful behavior toward staff, fellow members, and the facility at all times. Physical or verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, and any form of misconduct will result in immediate disciplinary action. SportNexus encourages inclusivity and fair play and reserves the right to deny service to anyone violating this code.
Members are expected to handle all equipment and facilities with care. Any damage caused due to negligence will be charged to the individual responsible. Timely reporting of broken equipment or unsafe conditions is appreciated. SportNexus reserves the right to limit or revoke access to areas if misuse is detected.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. In rare and valid cases—such as medical emergencies or relocations—partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of the management. Any refund requests must be submitted via email with proper documentation within 14 days of the issue.
SportNexus is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items on the premises. All members use our facilities at their own risk. Proper warm-ups, safety gear, and following protocols are the responsibility of the individual. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors under their membership plan.
SportNexus respects your data. We collect minimal information necessary for membership, analytics, and promotions. Your data is never sold. By using our platform, you consent to occasional email or SMS notifications, which you may opt out of. Images or videos taken during events may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly denied by members.
